In LIAC02/25, the PRA is consulting on a set of low impact amendments to rules and policy. The proposals include:
- Conditional disapplication of the PRA General Provisions to give effect to the deference arrangements under the UK Swiss-Berne Financial Services Agreement.
- An amendment to the Transitional Measure on Technical Provisions Part of the PRA Rulebook, TMTP Calculation, Rule 5.2.
- An amendment to the Insurance Special Purpose Vehicle (ISPV) Part of the PRA Rulebook, Solvency Requirements, Rule 2.2A(3).
- A collection of miscellaneous amendments to the PRA Rulebook.
The consultation closes on 13 November 2025.
