"Before I joined the Bank, I had a lot of doubts about whether a person who looks or sounds like me could get a job at the Bank of England. Since joining, I have realised that you can succeed at the Bank regardless of your background."

Theodora, Policy Analyst

"The office culture is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it a great environment to work in. What’s great is that I’m surrounded by a real cross-section of the Bank that I wouldn’t find in London, I love that I can make meaningful impact without needing to be based in London."
