Joanna Hill

Jo Hill joined the Bank in October 2023 is Executive Director for Change & Planning. Jo leads the Bank’s strategic planning framework and change portfolio, delivering effective multi-year business planning and the delivery of Bank’s change and investment programmes.

Jo most recently held a portfolio of Non-Executive roles including as a member of the Phoenix Group IGC and the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. Prior to this Jo was Executive Director for Strategy and Risk at the Pensions Regulator and held several roles at the FCA, including Director of Market Intelligence, Data & Analysis.

Jo is Vice Chair and Trustee of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute.
