Glynn joined the Bank as Deputy Agent for the West Midlands and Oxfordshire in March 2011.
Prior to joining the Bank, Glynn was the lead economist at the RDA Advantage West Midlands.
He has spent much of his career in consultancy where his main interests were in economics, planning and regeneration. He previously worked for KPMG and EDAW in London, prior to establishing his own consultancy.
He has a PhD from Coventry University and an MA from Akron University, Ohio.
Glynn lives in rural Warwickshire where he is a Parish Councillor. His outside interests include cycling, walking, badminton and football.
