Discover the fascinating history of the Threadneedle Street site through rare objects, architectural drawings, and immersive displays in our brand-new exhibition. We will also be hosting an evening talk with an expert by Bank architect Herbert Baker, plus you can discover our exciting collaboration with Plasticiet and Surface Matter in our time-limited showcase displaying reconstructed British banknotes. 

It's a feast of culture, limited-time events, and artwork, and by visiting during the evening, you'll get the exclusive opportunity to explore the museum’s galleries and the new Building the Bank exhibition in a relaxed, atmospheric setting.
