Prevention of preferential treatment
7.1
In implementing Operational Continuity 4.3, the PRA expects firms to be able to demonstrate that, in the event of a deterioration in the financial circumstances of another group member, a group provider continues to treat the firm in accordance with:
- the existing agreement governing the provision of critical services if the firm receives the services from an intra-group service provider; or
- the relevant documentation if the firm receives critical services from an intra-entity service provider.
